Our Story

A recipe book older than most cities

Arunodaya means "the rising sun" — the hour our grandmother woke to begin pickling. Long before the world cared about "small batch" or "artisanal," she was hand-cutting mangoes at dawn, drying chillies on the rooftop, and stirring sesame oil into clay jars by hand.

We started Arunodaya Foods to share that exact pickle — not a factory imitation. Every jar is still made by women from our village, using the same recipes, the same Guntur chillies, the same cold-pressed sesame oil. Nothing has been "optimised."
